By accessing or using Karamas.com ("Platform"), operated by ARKi Technologies, Nagpur, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using Karamas.com, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law and are not barred from receiving services under any applicable law.
3. Nature of Platform
Karamas.com is an online classifieds platform that allows users to post and browse listings. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or inspect any items listed on the platform. All transactions are solely between the buyer and the seller.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information. • Keep your account information updated. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. • Not share your account with any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Listing Rules
Users may post listings on Karamas.com subject to the following rules: • Listings must be accurate, honest, and not misleading. • Prohibited items include: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, adult content, stolen goods, or anything illegal under Indian law. • Users must have the legal right to sell the items they list. • Duplicate or spam listings are prohibited. • Listings must be posted in the correct category. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without prior notice.
6. Free Platform Policy
Karamas.com is a free platform. We do not charge users for posting or browsing listings. We reserve the right to introduce paid premium features in the future, with adequate notice to users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Karamas.com, including logos, design, text, and software, is the intellectual property of ARKi Technologies and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute content they post on the platform for operational purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or user-generated content on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ARKi Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: • Use or inability to use the Platform. • Transactions between users. • Unauthorised access to your account. • Any errors or omissions in listing content.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. We encourage amicable resolution of disputes before pursuing legal action.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Usage Data & Consent
We collect limited usage analytics (such as screen views, time spent, searches, and filters) to improve the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy. In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, your continued use of Karamas.com constitutes consent to such collection. You may withdraw consent as described in the Privacy Policy.
